Photo of Günther Weichhardt (born in Oldenburg, 3 March 1897 - fallen at the Estern Front, 28 June 1941 as Oberst and Kommandeur Infanterie-Regiment 551. Posthumously ptomoted to Generalmajor). The picture was taken by Atelier-OU "H. Besser" in 1935 when Weichhardt still as a Hauptmann in the Infanterie-Regiment 16 (in the First World War his last rank was Leutnant in the Infanterie-Regiment Nr.91).
