Horst Kadgien (30 June 1897 - 7 November 1980) received the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on 17 February 1944 as an Oberst and Artillerie-Kommandeur 35 in XXXXI. Panzerkorps. His last rank was Generalmajor.
